Perspectives"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les m\u00e9dicaments ont permis \u00e0 la m\u00e9decine d\u2019accomplir de grands progr\u00e8s pour l\u2019\u00eatre humain et l\u2019animal. C\u2019est ainsi que les vaccinations syst\u00e9matiques ont permis de contr\u00f4ler, voire \u00e9radiquer de nombreuses maladies infectieuses. En font partie la maladie de Carr\u00e9 chez le chien, les parvoviroses chez le chien et le chat, la leptospirose chez le chien, la peste bovine et la grippe \u00e9quine. Des maladies de l\u2019animal autrefois mortelles se soignent de nos jours. Ainsi par exemple chez le chien la d\u00e9mod\u00e9cie (maladie fr\u00e9quente touchant la peau), ou la bab\u00e9siose (maladie proche du paludisme). Un autre exemple sont les maladies dues \u00e0 des vers chez les ruminants et les chevaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9velopper un nouveau m\u00e9dicament est un processus qui prend de longues ann\u00e9es et qui est soumis \u00e0 des r\u00e8glementations minutieuses. Au cours de ce processus, l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation animale est indispensable. Elle assure le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments utiles \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 des humains, mais aussi bien souvent des animaux domestiques, de rente et sauvages. Refuser l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation animale, c\u2019est bloquer le progr\u00e8s m\u00e9dical et nuire ainsi \u00e0 l\u2019\u00eatre humain et \u00e0 l\u2019animal.
