Les programmes de \u00abCulture of Care\u00bb encouragent l\u2019entraide, proposent des outils favorables \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale, donnent la priorit\u00e9 au bien-\u00eatre animal (p.&nbsp;ex. par l\u2019\u00e9ducation, l\u2019adoption d\u2019animaux, etc.), et comprennent des programmes de reconnaissance pour distinguer les efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dernier Animal Welfare 4R Day en date a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019impact et les contributions du personnel dans le domaine <em>in vivo<\/em>.
