Ses partenaires sont entre autres onze universit\u00e9s et hautes \u00e9coles suisses (repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par swissuniversities), l\u2019Association des entreprises pharmaceutiques suisses pratiquant la recherche (Interpharma), l\u2019Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et des affaires v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires (OSAV) et la Protection Suisse des Animaux PSA. Le 3RCC est financ\u00e9 par le gouvernement suisse et Interpharma et re\u00e7oit de la part des institutions membres des prestations en nature dont la valeur doit \u00eatre \u00e9quivalente aux fonds apport\u00e9s par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration. La Fondation Recherches 3R, pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseuse du 3RCC de 1987 \u00e0 2018, a financ\u00e9 des projets de recherche dans le domaine des 3R par un montant d\u2019environ 20&nbsp;millions de francs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2021, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a lanc\u00e9 le Programme national de recherche \u00abAdvancing 3R \u2013 animaux, recherche et soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00bb (PNR&nbsp;79) pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement de projets 3R. Dot\u00e9 d\u2019une enveloppe de 20&nbsp;millions de francs, il va se poursuivre jusqu\u2019en 2028. En 2022, le 3RCC a publi\u00e9 son deuxi\u00e8me <em>Targeted Call <\/em>dans le but de mettre en \u0153uvre efficacement les m\u00e9thodes 3R dans la pratique.
